Oh Baby!

See what happens when a bunch of 40 year olds, well, some almost, have a friend who is having their third baby? We get giddy and have a party. Yesterday, the gang somehow got ourselves organized and in sync. An amazing feat when between us all, we have 14 kids at various schools and ages. But we did it, and managed to have a nice afternoon in honor of Nicole. She is due today and doesn't she look great? We threw a shower, Italian/American style, and since Nicole is Dutch, we made it a dutch treat. We all made a dish or brought something to the lunch table. Go here to see the fun.

We all wish Nicole and her husband, Bruno, an easy and fast delivery, a healthy fat baby, and a speedy recovery! Almost forgot, most important, a baby that sleeps through the night.
