She is with her best friend, Virginia, in Lerma, a little village in Piemonte. Virginia's nonni, grandparents, have a small villa there and this weekend they are celebrating the Festa del Fungho! That is right folks, summer is almost drawing to a close and the Italians are heading to the mountains to pick mushrooms! Sarah left us on Tuesday in order to help out serving food at Vi's cousin's restaurant! News is, on Wednesday the kids made enough in tips to actually go out for pizza! They all paid their own way and went without any adult supervision! My baby, she is growing up too fast. She will be there till the end of the weekend. And I miss her so.
